Experience Certificate
Employees and prospective candidates are informed that an experience certificate will be issued only upon successful completion of a minimum tenure of 90 days with the company.
Salary Release Policy
Absconding
If an employee is classified as “absconded,” meaning they leave the organization without serving the required notice period or without formal resignation, they will not be eligible for salary release.
Termination
In cases of termination, salary settlement will be processed as per management’s discretion and company policies. However, the employee may be required to wait for a minimum period of 90 days for the final settlement.
Confidentiality Agreement
All employees are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company-related information. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary data, client information, business strategies, and trade secrets. Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of such information may result in disciplinary action, including termination and legal consequences.
